AI coaching for founders is one-to-one work with me, in weekly 90-minute sessions, to build an AI operating system around the exact problems in your business. You already use ChatGPT or Claude every day. This is for the use cases that are bigger and more technical than what you can build on your own today, and it has to pay for itself in business value from the first weeks.
Who this is for
The founder I work best with uses ChatGPT or Claude daily and has hit a ceiling. Prompting gets them drafts and summaries, but the things that would actually change their week are out of reach: a system that reads their inbox and drafts the replies, a pipeline that turns client data into a report, an agent that prepares every meeting, a knowledge base their tools can read. They can describe the outcome. They cannot yet build it.

Every item on the plan comes from a pain point you named. There is no generic AI curriculum underneath it.

We talk
A 30-minute call to understand where you are now, what your business does, what you have already tried, and what you are looking for. If I think coaching is the wrong tool for your situation I will say so and point you at the right one.

I outline the plan
A one-page outline of what we are going to build, in what order, and where it is heading. Every item on it comes from a pain point you named on the call. There is no generic AI curriculum underneath it.

Weekly sessions, your hands on the keyboard
$225per session, about 90 minutes
Sessions of about 90 minutes, once or twice a week, live over screen share, at $225 per session. Each one takes the next item from the plan and builds it with you typing, so you can change it later without me. Between sessions I research or prototype anything that needs it.
What we are building
An AI operating system for you: the set of prompts, saved projects, automations, connections and agents that run the repeated parts of your work, assembled around your business and your pain points. Everything in it exists because it solves a problem you actually have. You end up owning it and understanding every piece, which is the difference between this and a course.

A typical path: we start with coaching, and somewhere in the first weeks we both see a piece that deserves deeper work. You hand that piece to the fractional seat or to the agency, keep building the rest yourself, and come back to coaching only when it is done. Nothing is locked. Every piece we build stays in your accounts whichever way we work.
How long it runs
As long as you are getting value, and no longer. There is no minimum number of sessions and no upfront commitment. You pay per session, you can pause whenever your calendar needs it, and you stop when the system is doing what you wanted. Some founders do six sessions, some keep a standing slot for a year.
