What I do

I own AI and automation inside a client company as a part-time executive. In practice that means four things.

• Map the repeated work and what it costs in hours.
• Decide what gets automated, and in what order.
• Choose the tools and the models.
• Report the hours and errors removed, every month.

Most people in this seat write the strategy and hand it over. I also build the systems, with the engineers at 2V Automation when a client takes the Owner package.

Background

I graduated with honors in automated computer control systems in 2010. The degree is about one question: how do you turn a messy real-world process into a system that runs reliably without a person watching it? Fifteen years of running businesses came after that, which is why a conversation with me starts at payroll, margin and the next hire.

On Upwork I hold Top Rated Plus status with a 100% job success score and more than $1M delivered. I also publish automation teardowns on YouTube and write Headcount-Free Growth for founders.

How I work

1. A two-week audit
   I watch how the work actually happens in one part of the business, rather than reading the process document.
2. A ranked roadmap
   What to automate, in what order, and what each item is worth.
3. Three systems by day 90
   Running in production, with your team trained on them.

Four clients at a time. Everything I build lives in the client's own accounts and is documented, so it keeps working if we stop. I hold no reseller agreements, so nothing about my income depends on which platform I recommend.
